High Class Ironing and Laundry is a friendly, family run business.
John and his wife, Loreen, started ironing for family and friends from their living room nearly 20 years ago. With two daughters with disabilities that required 24 hour care from them, they needed to find a way to balance home and work. After taking a risk and really pushing their ironing idea to become their full time jobs, together with their sheer hard work and determination, their client base grew rapidly. Eventually, they took a huge leap of faith and opened up their first shop in Syston and invested in large commercial ironing boards and a delivery van. They were then able to employ staff, giving local people secure jobs.
Through their exceptional work and creativity, they relocated to their current premises nearly 15 years ago, as their previous shop became too small for the high demand for their services. Their ever growing company is testament to their hard work and sheer determination to overcome adversity and challenges. Family through and through, they have built this business from the ground up, just a husband and wife duo, providing for their family, to a huge part of the local community serving many customers and businesses far and wide.
